The grand tradition of the New England Clam Bake goes back to at least 1641, when colonists traded polished clam shells or wampum with Native Americans.
 
Deep cold waters yield a rich variety of fish and shellfish headed by the prince of seafood, the luscious Maine Lobster. For Scott’s Old Fashioned Clam Bake, we serve the freshest seafood daily and use only the finest farm-raised shellfish to ensure the best quality for our menu.
